I am a certified Nutritional Therapist, (Level 3) Pilates Teacher, Freelance writer, and Meditation Teacher. I love to write about all of these things, share ideas, and help people using the experience and knowledge I have gained.
I wanted to develop a blog to help mums, particularly with so many demands on mums times both emotionally and physically, and of course, I can relate to this, being a busy working mum of two kids.
I have recently changed the focus of the blog, so it is currently in development. However, I hope to be adding more content soon, including online workouts and meal plans for busy mums.
The recipes in this blog are designed to be healthy, with a particular focus on omitting or reducing processed sugar and using more natural alternatives.

Working With Me
All the content on the blog is done by me, including the photography, recipes and articles. I also do work for retreat companies/hotels by developing their menu and write articles on food, nutrition and Pilates/fitness.
