So you might be thinking that I am going to talk about foods that are indulgent but bad for you, all the foods that you conjure up in your head that you know are not the best for your health, but you like to eat them anyway.
To be perfectly honest with you, I don’t think there is anything wrong with the odd over indulgence but there are millions upon millions of recipes that you can find on the internet that can find on black forest gateau..okay a bit of a 70’s example, or double, quadruple chocolate cheesecake.
Instead I am going to adapt some recipes to make them healthier, but still make you feel like you are being a little naughty and taste good. So you can eat your favourite pudding without feeling guilty.
I will be looking at reducing or replacing sugar, salt and some other less than healthy ingredients, and hopefully produce some delicious naughty but nice recipes for you.
